Al Jawahiri was killed in a US drone attack

Addressing the nation, he said that we will not leave any danger to America and its people. He said US intelligence officials tracked al-Zawahri to a house in the city of Kabul where he was hiding with his family. The President approved the operation last week and it was carried out on Sunday.
